Where are the Pick-Up and Drop-Off locations?
You can find the exact coordinates where the bus picks you up and drops you off at the Maps site.
Who will see us to the shuttle bus?
Our guides in Paradise Shuttle t-shirts will help you to check in at the bus. However, the airport is very crowded inside, so you first has to come outside at the arrival level and walk to the spot in the middle of the two terminals to the private bus stop.
In case when you are coming from Ozora, the Meeting point is near to the Ozora entrance marked on the Maps site.
In which cases do you refund me?
You're entitled to a full refund in the following cases: if we fail to transport you to the given location at the specified time you booked for; if you're failed to show up at the pickup point and you miss the shuttle bus due to a cancellation or more than 3 hours delay of your flight (in this case, you have an opportunity to choose another time in our Schedule if we have free seats in it).
Why do you need my e-mail address and my full name?
The reason is that we have to comply with the regulations regarding transportation services in Hungary and the rule is that we must have a list of all the names of our passengers. Your email address is needed in order to be able to get in touch with you in case of any problems and this is where we send your Paradise Shuttle bus ticket as well.
